Just when you thought the show season was over along comes another one. YES Ltd will be back at the Birmingham NEC this September 17, 18 and 19 when we attend The Print Show.
This exhibition showcases all aspects of printing from digital-litho to specialist print related services and now includes direct to garment printing.
This has developed over the past few years into a major industry and YES Ltd, together with DTG Digital, has been at the forefront of its development. The research and development done by these two companies has resulted in major breakthroughs in equipment, software, firmware and techniques and this is never more apparent than with the DTG Digital M6 and G4 machines. One of the important things to remember with all of the DTG Digital range is that they have been designed for the purpose in hand. Unlike many other machines in this market they do not use an existing print engine that has been modified to use garment inks but rather ac tailor-made system designed exclusively for one purpose, to print onto garments (and now other substrates as well).
The M6 model is a true bridge machine that fills the gap between small individual orders and bulk production. Designed to support the latest 4-2-1 platen system and with a print area of 1150x632cm (extendable up to 750cm) this machine can handle both small and bilk orders with ease. Utilising software breakthrough technology such as iQ Interweave and IOS this machine economically delivers stunning prints, even at low resolution.
The G4 is a different style of machine and is the latest model from this esteemed stable. Designed and produced by DTG Digital this machine establishes a new standard for professional direct to garment printing. Delivering speed, performance and stunning prints this is a very affordable machine. In fact it was developed to be one of the most affordable direct to garment printing machines in this sector and has many new features such as individual head cleaning, air release dampers (a world first) and interchangeable magnetic quick lock platens.
Both of these machines deserve a look. Although aimed at different sectors of the market they both represent the latest technology in the direct to garment to printing arena and ideally showcase the commitment shown by both DTG Digital and YES Ltd to make these machines the best in show. If you want to see these two models then pay YES Ltd a visit on stand C12 at The Print Show.
