Yes, it’s a real one-stop-shop

Embroidery, as their name suggests, is where Your Embroidery Services Ltd (YES Ltd) started and the company is best known for supplying the ground breaking SWF machines. But what some may not realise is that they also supply a whole range of embroidery consumables making them the ultimate one-stop-shop. Just as YES does with machines, it not only supplies consumables but supports them as well.

There are distinct advantages in dealing with a ‘total supplier’ in that it is completely responsible for how the machine and ancillary products work together. As Roy Burton, managing director, once said: “If we supply the machine, the thread, the backing and all that goes with that, then the buck stops here.”

YES Ltd stocks a complete embroidery range including threads, backings, frames (including specialist variations), water soluble fabric, machine oil, aerosols – the list goes on. Much of this may seem standard until you realise that many of the products have been specially researched and manufactured to specifications laid down by YES Ltd. This does not stop at consumables either. Many of the production aids have been designed and developed by the company’s expert staff.

The FF1 Flexible Framer for instance is a good example of the ingenuity shown by this ever expanding company. The term one-stop-shop is often used by companies which may supply a range of products but not necessarily a complete answer. Maybe instead of one-stop-shop, YES Ltd should be known as a one-stop-solution.
