What can Digital Transfer Production do for you?

Are you looking to expand your business opportunities with new applications to optimise your production and lead-time as well as impress your customers? Have you considered what Digital Transfer Production can do for you?

Well look no further the future has arrived today. See it for yourself at stand C62. DST is distributed in the UK and Ireland by Yorkshire based print consultants Global Print Solutions.

DST was developed to provide new and innovative solutions for the transfer industry. The DST system opens new possibilities and improved competitiveness in a highly specialised field. Director of GPS Paul Brook says: “The DST system combines digital printing with screen-printing and is the answer to the challenges of producing high quality images demanded by discerning clients.”

The DST process is a complete turnkey operation that can be used for producing textile transfers for all applications where screen-printed or offset printed transfers are used today.

DST makes it possible and cost effective even in short runs to produce high quality transfers using specially developed water based and plastisol based inks. These transfers have all the characteristics of traditional transfers, such as stretch, durability and high temperature wash resistance.

At the same time, the different adhesives make it possible to decorate any type of textile or fabric that you can decorate with a traditional transfer. The print quality is superior to anything produced with screen-printing or offset methods.

Free samples will be available at the stand for you to try on a variety of substrates.

Equipment and consumables

As well as the superb DST transfer system, Global will also have a range of equipment and consumables showing at stand C62. You really should check out their semi automatic print machine with take off and their junior 1500mm electric dryer and double automatic heat press. They also have squeegee cleaners and sharpeners.

Global print solutions also supply high quality consumables such as inkjet film and palette knives at highly competitive prices. GPS know that printers work in different ways with varying materials and this can throw up specific and often unique problems, so why not ask and see what GPS can offer you as they have many years of experience in providing bespoke solutions.

Don’t be a dinosaur! Isn’t it time you moved your production into the 21st century to ensure your business stays at the top of its game?
