Vastex’s LED exposing units vacuum in four to six seconds

E-2000 Series LED exposing units from Vastex now feature a more powerful vacuum pump that provides tight screen-to-film contact in as little as four seconds, producing high resolution half-tones and crisp detail on the most intricate graphics.

Model E2-2536, which can expose screens up to 63x91cm, achieves tight screen-to-film contact in four seconds.

Model E2-5236, which accommodates one screen up to 132x91cm or two screens with outside dimensions up to 63x91cm, achieves tight screen-to-film contact in six seconds.

Mark Vasilantone, president, said: “Ultra-fast vacuum times, together with rapid LED exposure times, allow screen printers to achieve superior reproduction quality in less time than ever before possible.”

Both models come standard with LCD touch screen controls that provide accurate, user-friendly settings and up to 10 presets.

They are available self-standing, or in tabletop configurations that can be mounted on matching Dri-Vault screen drying cabinets, also from the company.
