Xpres has collaborated with leading industry brands to provide the UK’s largest selection of heat presses. With systems ranging from entry level to large format, high volume production, Xpres has a heat presses to suit every budget and output requirement.
Xpres offers a variety of heat presses from its long-standing partner Adkins. The varied range includes clam and swing presses, pocket and cap presses, pneumatic presses, large format presses and more to cater for a huge range of applications.
EU manufactured heat transfer systems from Sefa are also available at Xpres. All Sefa systems are manufactured to an impeccable standard making them suitable for both textiles and sublimation, with selected presses featuring ChromaLuxe approved certification.
Also available at Xpres is the new Sefa tunnel dryer. This system is specifically designed to cure inks from DTG prints and is capable of coping with output from multiple Epson F2100 DTG printers in simultaneous operation. Engineered for volume production, this dryer can cure up to 50 tees per hour and features adjustable belt speed and airflow controls for fully customisable production. As with all Sefa equipment, it is EU manufactured and comes with a two-year warranty.
Xpres is also establishing itself in the calendar market as it continues to expand its provision of large format sublimation textile production with noteworthy systems from Diferro, ThermTX and the Texpres. Each of these calender units is designed for the application of wide format sublimation textiles.
