UV printing

More recently YES Ltd promoted the latest technology in UV printing with the Compress iUV-600 and now the company is about to set the transfer print market alight with the introduction of the Print Wizard Systems. Print Wizard is a suite of economical transfer printing systems aimed at business start-ups as well as those just wanting to add an additional income stream to their business. You don’t need to buy specially coated blank textile media and there is no need for pre-treatment, even when printing onto dark fabric. With a very small footprint and utilising LED dry toner technology these systems sit comfortably in any environment, big or small. As with many of its other products, YES Ltd is sure to cause a stir with the introduction of this product. Embroidery

Of course, as the company name suggests, supplying the embroidery market is still a massively important part of the YES Ltd remit. The company’s connection with world leading manufacturer SWF has resulted in some major developments over the years that have set new standards in the market. It would be true to say that many techniques and products that were thought to be impossible only a few years ago are now considered standard in the SWF stable. Dual function, for instance, satisfied the holy grail of embroidery – being able to embroider two different patterns and/or products at the same time. Well SWF has done it again with the introduction of the new KS Tubular series. This latest range of machines has a sewing speed of 1200spm and features a larger touch screen. This 15.1in touch sensitive monitor makes it easier for the user to see and use. Another of the key changes is in the speed of the colour change. Using newly developed technology the slow-down and speed-up times have been reduced resulting in an increase in productivity of, up to, 20%. The KS Tubular also has a new automatic pump lubrication system which reduces maintenance time and, once again, improves productivity. All new models in this range come as standard with laser trace, hoop limiters and a universal thread pick up system that does not need individual motors. Once again SWF and YES Ltd have broken the mould and raised the bar.

DTG

There is also news from DTG Digital as well. YES Ltd will be showcasing the long awaited DTG Digital M8 which has the ability to print four different garments at the same time and in under 30 seconds.  With 16-channels of colour, this model reaches an all new high speed for the DTG Digital range, combining both top quality crisp prints with fast industrial prints. Definitely not one to be missed!
