The governor is on holiday!

Fespa 2014Yep, whilst the staff at Resolute HQ are beavering away in rainy Chesterfield Colin Marsh and family are taking a well-earned break in sunny Spain.

Those of you who know Colin will appreciate that this does not mean that he is not still directing operations from the beach – holiday to Colin just means working from somewhere sunny.

But the organisation Colin has established can cope, offering the same level of dedication and service for which we are renowned.

It also gives us the chance to display our combined writing talents by penning this article.

As usual the diary is full of installations which will be keeping our Vince out there clocking up the miles.

In-house demonstrations and customer training will be keeping Andy, Becky and Aaron very busy.

There’s also a couple of seminars that Andy Chambers will be conducting.

We will also be keeping up with the flow of ink and consumable orders

Resolute DTG are always looking at how we can improve and expand our range of products and services to existing and new customers.

Adding the Tajima single and multi-head embroidery machines to our product line has generated a lot of interest and a number are already installed and generating profit for their owners.

One has found a particularly good home – with an all new R-Jet 5, pre-treatment machine and heat press package!

The opportunity to offer customers both printed and embroidered garments is proving too irresistible for some of our clients.

We exhibited at FESPA in Munich and our small (but perfectly formed) stand was constantly busy and generated a lot of very positive interest.

Once again the first sale of the week was clinched by Installation Coordinator Becky Finney.

In the last edition of Printwear and Promotion we announced the development of the latest Resolute innovation – offering the prospect of DTG printing without pre-treatment on dark cotton and polyester.

If you missed the article, catch up with the on-line version – available at www.printwearandpromotion.co.uk.

Of course the most asked question, in Munich and at home, is “when is the Resolute Hybrid DTG machine going to be available”.

“Soon” is the answer – follow our website for further news.

So, as you can see everything is under control – but it will be good to have the boss back – if only so we can tell him how well we managed.
