The roll-fed revolution coming in 2018

Canvas bag printing on the MK3 Transfer Press

The coming 12 months are going to be the start of something special for the printwear industry; and it’s all thanks to the ground-breaking InnoPrinter MK Semi-Automatic Transfer Presses.

InnoPrinter Transfer Technology made a notable entry into the market in 2017, having a phenomenal impact on the productivity levels of large and small garment decoration businesses alike.

The InnoPrinter transfer application system now provides a cost-effective alternative to traditional time consuming and messy decoration processes.
The industry leading continuous roll system makes it simple to apply high quality, six colour ink transfers to a broad range of textiles in under a second. There are no wet inks or screens involved and garments are ready instantly without the need for pre-treatment or curing.

The low production cost can even be maintained for smaller volumes, with ink transfers available as little as 50 prints at a time. Fluorescent, metallic and 3D designs can also be applied in just 1.2 seconds, broadening the scope for creativity and at no additional cost.

All ink transfers are Oeko-Tex certified making them completely safe for use on children’s clothing as well as for applications coming into direct contact with the skin like underwear waistbands and shirt neck labelling.

New in 2018

What’s more, in 2018 InnoPrinter Transfer Technology will be launching a range of premium transfer vinyls that can be applied on the MK Transfer Presses in under two seconds. With over 30 colours in the range at just £6.50 per metre, low-cost, individual personalisation is now also achievable on these revolutionary machines.
The machines roll feed and simple foot-pedal operation allows the operator to consistently print in excess of 500 garments per hour, a rate typically unachievable for traditional screen, direct to garment and vinyl printing.

With an InnoPrinter Semi-Automatic Transfer Press, the extensive range of textile applications provides countless opportunities for business growth. Multicolour transfers applied in seconds to cotton and polycotton T shirts; polyester hi-vis waistcoats and jackets; nylon bags and umbrellas; industrially laundered workwear; table linen; paper napkins; non-woven fabrics; canvas material; sublimated sportswear and even fleece.

Hi-vis waistcoat printing in 0.8 seconds

The precise time and temperature controls on the MK Transfer Presses give the operator complete control over the transfer application process. Pressing as low as 140°C, in as little as 0.8 seconds makes it possible to apply multi-colour designs to tricky fabric types such as nylon and polypropylene without scorching, shrinking or melting the layers together.
The phenomenal build quality of the MK Transfer Presses would allow them to run 24 hours a day, seven days a week with minimal maintenance or servicing; all the machine requires is a single 13amp socket and a good quality pressurised air supply to run.

The system really has to be seen to be believed, catch videos online or be sure to pop by stand K62 for machine demonstrations, transfer samples and exclusive deals at Printwear & Promotion LIVE! 2018.
