With the recent arrival of a new product to Resolute, the UV MVP series, the team at Resolute were keen to make a splash and give the product a high flying launch into the UK. UV printing is nothing new in the digital print circle but the MVP series has a few tricks up its sleeve that make it quite special. With its unique Textur3D printing, ADA brail printing and EasyCyl attachment for printing onto bottles the MVP has no trouble standing out in a crowd.
Appearing for the first time in the UK at Printwear & Promotion LIVE! 2015 the MVP was very well received into the range of printers Resolute offer. Not just another UV printer Resolute decided to make things a little different at the Sign & Digital UK show on March 24-26 at the NEC and launched a new concept ‘Print Café’.
The Resolute Print Café offers visitors to the show the opportunity to get to grips with the MVP range and the R-Jet 5 textile printers first hand. The concept of trying the printer out yourself at the show proved to be amazingly popular with crowds of visitors gathering waiting to have a go. The Print Café was so popular at Sign & Digital Resolute has decided to carry the concept on into future shows and through into 2016 offering visitors the chance to try before you buy.
R-Jet 5 Hybrid DTG printer
The R-Jet 5 Hybrid DTG was also included in the Print Café, printing white and coloured ink with no pre-treatment throughout the three days of the show. This amazing combination of two processes offers the quality of DTG printing without the need to pre-treat dark garments while reducing ink costs at the same time. More suited to the volume business from print runs of 20 upwards the hybrid process will bridge the gap for screen printers with technology they already understand with break neck production speeds compared to normal DTG printers.
