Next generation Mimaki UJF-7151plus direct to object printer announced

Mimaki has unveiled its brand new direct to object UJF-7151plus industrial small format LED UV flatbed printer.

The UJF-7151plus has a maximum printable size of 710x510mm, which ensures quality printing and productivity. This printing solution for the screen printing industry improves accuracy, consistency and reliability by modifying the mechanical structure of the print table.

Key features of the UJF-7151plus include a mechanical structure for high-precision printing and superior print-image quality control technology. Mimaki’s Advanced Pass System 4 (MAPS4) reduces banding and uneven colour printing with blurred boundaries and the Mimaki Fine Diffusion 1 (MFD1) reduces noise due to dithering through hybrid processing of patterns.

The machine’s high print speed is delivered via six staggered print heads to achieve top-level productivity. Uninterrupted workflow as a result of high-stability printing through an ink-circulating mechanism within the head is aided by the use of two proprietary technologies – NCU that automatically detects and recovers clogged nuzzles by cleaning them, thus reducing waste and the NRS reliable operating support package that ensures maximum uptime.
