Nazdar Ink Technologies has appointed Woodrow Williams III as vice president of global manufacturing, effective June 10.
Based in the USA, Mr Williams will oversee manufacturing operations and materials management for Nazdar’s global manufacturing locations in Shawnee, Kansas and Stockport, UK.
In his new role at Nazdar, he will also be responsible for providing strategic leadership and tactical direction to support quality assurance and continuous improvement.
Mr Williams has moved to Nazdar from a 25-year tenure at a major industry ink manufacturer, most recently holding the position of director of operations overseeing nine regional service centres. In this role he demonstrated success in streamlining business operations including performance measurement, production schedules, budgets, strategic planning, environmental concerns, health and safety, and staff development.
At Nazdar, Mr Williams will be working alongside Jim Davidson, vice president of operations, who will assist with his transition to the company.
