This month will see the launch of the amazing Melco EMT16 modular embroidery machine. This high production embroidery machine is built on the sound platform of the Melco Amaya XTS model.

Melco has again excelled in producing this new model and with technical advancements has managed to improve production figures by around 20%. This is on top of the Amaya XTS’s already unbelievable track record.

The main technical change is the design of a new sewing hook with a built in trimmer. This not only cuts down in the number of parts, but also makes maintenance and trimmer replacement very quick and easy. It also greatly reduces the trimming time.

The Melco EMT16 chassis and base have been totally re-designed and all the plastic covers have been replaced with metal. Removing the table now allows large products to be easily embroidered like golf bags for example. All in all it now looks more professional and industrial.

Large embroidery companies have now proven that the Melco modular system massively out performs their fixed head machines and are now changing over to this more efficient production method.

Arrange a demonstration now and see how you could greatly improve your embroidery production.
