Dae Ha adds High Performance Sublimation Paper to its extensive range of manufacturing capabilities.
Launching this autumn/ winter, Dae Ha has developed its very own range of High Performance Sublimation Papers, manufactured in a unique way to bring you brighter, more vivid print results, with superb anti-ghosting properties.
The exclusive to Dae Ha production process allows for faster and more precise printing of profile images, to achieve the perfect print, also without curling or folding of the paper.
They’ll be an all-round Multi-Purpose (M-Type) paper for soft and hard substrates, such as polyester based textiles, mugs, phone cases, tiles, suitable for Polyester based textiles, mugs, glasses, tiles.
The Stretch (S-Type) paper, with added adhesive tack, is perfect to adhere to shiny/ slippery fabrics such as swimsuits, sportswear and banners during heat pressing, to eliminate ghosting or loss of details due to textile shrinkage, or movements in the transfer process. Stretch Type will help you reduce production errors and increase the quality of the finished product.
Dae Ha Sublimation Paper will be available in up to seven weight variations to suit the various applications or for handing purposes, across six roll widths and two sheet sizes, from 1,620mm wide rolls to A4 sheets.
Both M-Type and S-Type Sublimation Papers are suitable for application onto Dae Ha Design Film, Metallic Flex, Holographic Flex, Glitter Flex , Subli Fabric and Subli Flock.

One Flex Plus
Dae Ha’s hugely popular One Flex PU is undergoing a small enhancement, to make this everyday printing HTV, even more user friendly. Customers will find One Flex even easier to weed, yet maintaining the ability to cut and weed ultra-fine detail, while removing the hot peel release liner after pressing, will become completely effortless.
Five new colours have recently been added, to the One Flex range, taking the available colours to 47. Dae Ha now has the ability to produce custom One Flex colours, which they can provide exclusivity for, subject to MOQs.
Exclusive Subli Fabric, plus more arrivals…
Through late spring, four new HTV were added to Dae Ha’s manufacturing portfolio, including the exclusive Subli Fabric HTV. This woven fabric HTV, allows for full colour sublimation printing onto cotton, polyester, mixtures of polyester/ cotton and polyester/ acrylic or similar textiles, in any text or design of your choosing, with plotter cutting, weeding and pressing similar to all other Dae Ha HTV then sublimation print onto the woven surface to create stunning images, with a fabric feel.
A new PU Effects category has been created on the Dae Ha website, to accommodate Carbon PU available in four colours, a single press 3D Puff PU in two, and four colour variations of an UV Activated PU, which changes colour under both cloudy and sunny conditions.

Dae Ha UK is bringing the futuristic looking Rhinotec RC Xa-Series of plotter cutters to its customers. Featuring a user friendly, high speed and versatile 630mm cutting system, automated contour cut ability, and access to the exclusive free vector website Rhino Explore, the RC Xa-Series is backed by a two-year (new exchange) warranty.
