New machines helps Amaya achieve a massive sales increase during 2014/15

Amaya Sales UK has had a record year mainly due to the quality of the products it sells and their value for money. Polyprint’s Texjet Plus DTG printer 

At this year’s FESPA in Cologne, Polyprint, the manufacturer of Texjet Plus put on an impressive show of its new products. The company launched a longer version of its already successful Texjet Plus Advanced giving 42x95cm printing area enabling two shirts to be printed on the same platen giving 2x36x36cm each.

The new Texjet rip V7 software is now officially available and gives some new features that set the bar of user experience to the next level. A modular software developed from the ground up with great ease of use and increased flexibility in mind.

Some of the key-features of Version 7 are:

• New enhanced white mask creation tool – no need of additional editing software like Photoshop.
•  Automatic and manual white mask management.
•  Redesigned interface.
• Powerful RIP engine resulting in higher function speeds.
•  Single Pass printing of white and colours at the same time offer amazing speed gain and print results.

Polyprint’s new screen and digital mix

Polyprint also showed its latest creation which allows the mixing of screen printing and digital printing.  The perfect combination is now available at an affordable cost and provided only by Polyprint, giving optimum results, all the advantages of direct to garment digital printing at the cost and productivity of the screen printing method.

This application uses the screen printer for the white ink and the Texjet Plus Advanced to digitally print the CMYK colours on the top. This dramatically decreases the cost of the print to around 10p for medium to high runs and increases the production up to 60 dark shirts per hour when using one Texjet.  Just add more Texjet printers to increase production.  Using this method pre-coating is not required and special effects like glitter, gold etc in combination with the CMYK digital print.

DTG inks

Amaya Sales provides next day service on  Dupont  Artistri  DTG inks at the best prices possible. It also offers the new Polyprint Power CMYK DTG inks that only require half the normal curing times, give vivid colour and excellent wash ability.

Melco EMT16 modular embroidery machine systems

The New Melco EMT16 has quickly become a firm favourite with both large and small embroidery companies alike.   Following on from the Melco Amaya XTS, the Melco EMT16 gives you a further 20% increase in production due to the newly developed sewing hook and trimmers. It now has a removable table so you can easily embroider large products like golf bags etc.  To make life even easier a new user interface has been introduced which allows training of the operating software in 30 minutes.  All in all, anyone wanting to improve their production and efficiency must arrange a demonstration at one of Amaya’s showrooms.
