M&R introduces the VictoryOne oval press

VictoryOne

The VictoryOne automatic oval screen printing press is the latest machine to join M&R’s growing range.

The press is available in six-station modules from 22 stations/six colours to 64 stations/24 colours with maximum image areas of 42x70cm (16.5×27.5in) on small pallets and 55x70cm (21.5×27.5in) on large pallets. The press comes with a servo-driven indexer and servo-drive printheads to provide exceptional smoothness, consistency, and longevity. Also available are standalone Sechuan quartz flash-cure units designed specifically for the VictoryOne oval press.

VictoryOne is the first product release of the joint design, manufacturing, sales, and service agreement between M&R Printing Equipment, the world’s largest manufacturer of screen-printing equipment, and Hanglory Group of Shenzhen China.

President and CEO, Rich Hoffman, said: “Over the years, M&R has been approached by a number of offshore manufacturers of screen printing equipment seeking to form an alliance, but we were never able to identify a potential partner that would bring real value and innovation to M&R customers.

“However, Hanglory Group is far different than any other company that has approached us. Hanglory Group had developed an oval printing platform to support their hybrid screen print/digital direct-to-garment printing system, which has enjoyed considerable success in the Chinese market. Their core design and manufacturing capabilities, combined with their reputation for quality, performance, and integrity makes them an ideal partner in the VictoryOne project.”

Hanglory group president and CEO, Peter Zhang, said: “We have long admired M&R’s leadership in the design, manufacturing, sales, and service of high-performance screen printing equipment. We were excited to have the opportunity to work with M&R on the VictoryOne project, and working directly with M&R’s award-winning engineering team brought new design ideas to the VictoryOne. We are confident that VictoryOne will be well received by the garment decorating industry, and that it will quickly achieve a reputation for performance and value

“We look forward to future programs that will afford both companies the opportunity to expand the depth and reach of the M&R product line in the global marketplace.”
