Your Embroidery Services Ltd (YES Ltd) is starting 2016 with a bang by launching a host of new machines into the garment decoration industry. Smart technology is the name of the game with both printing and embroidery benefitting.

Your Embroidery Services Ltd has always been involved in the embroidery industry throughout its 20 plus year history but the hunger for development and new products is as sharp now as it has ever been. Working closely with their principals they ensure that the market gets what it needs and not just what the manufacturers think it needs. This is the case with the new embroidery machines which will be in the showroom, as well as at Printwear & Promotion LIVE!, at the start of 2016. YES Ltd currently supplies machines from Ricoma and SWF and both brands will be launching new models. Ricoma is launching three, aimed at portability, two single heads and a twin head. Nothing new here you might think but you may change your mind when you know that one is a super compact model and two are bridge style machines. In fact both Ricoma and YES Ltd confidently boast that the MT-1501 and 1502 are the world’s first portable single and twin head bridge machines.

All models will benefit from being small footprint as well as having a large high definition, true colour touch screen operating system. The single head, MT-1501, can also be networked linking as many machines together as you want. These can work in team mode or individually using a cable or wireless network. With a variety of frames and cap attachments included all models are ready for production from the moment you plug them in. The bridge aspect of the machines gives them maximum flexibility allowing you to easily switch from garment to cap to bag to shoe whether that be in a factory or out on the road.

Korean-based manufacturer SWF is also launching new machines for 2016 but the company is playing its cards much closer to its chest. SWF is well known for pushing the boundaries – just look at the unique Dual Function machines. But this very often means that machine details are kept under wraps until all possible protection is in place. Unfortunately when you are a market leader, as SWF is, there are always others watching and hoping to manipulate your ideas to their own benefit. The air of secrecy around the new SWF machines is, unfortunately, necessary to maintain the advantages that their loyal customers enjoy. Watch this space as they say!

By the way for those embroiderers wanting extra portability look out for the10 compact machine due for release at the end of January 2016.

If your form of garment decoration is printing then YES Ltd has some news for you as well. World renowned DTG Digital is set to launch new models for 2016. Following on from the massive success of the M Series machines they have confirmed that there will be more new models on the way. The M Series machines proved to be an even bigger hit with printers than was originally expected. This is hardly surprising given their ability to bridge the gap between the small and bulk order markets making them the most flexible direct to garment printers on the market. With success like that most companies would have sat back and enjoyed the achievement but neither YES Ltd nor DTG Digital fit that remit. Both companies are continually looking to push the boundaries and develop new and exciting products. At the time of printing no details had been released about the new models but, if past experience is anything to go by, you can expect something that will drive this industry forward.

This market will also see the official launch of the new multi-purpose ink with DTG Digital’s Pigment.inc P30i. It is a combination ink that will print onto a variety of substrates including mixed fibre garments such as poly/cotton. At long last you will be able to change the product without changing either the ink or the printing method. Combining this with the facts about the M Series takes the word flexibility to another level.

At the beginning of this piece we talked about smart technology and that description will fit all of the new 2016 products from YES Ltd. What you also get from this company though is a dedication to the industry that is second to none. The company and its entire staff know full well that to survive in an ever growing and competitive market you need to make sure that your customers are ahead of the game. Working closely with manufacturers like Ricoma, SWF and DTG Digital ensures just that.

All of these exciting new products will be on show at Printwear & Promotion LIVE! 2016 but if you can’t wait and would like further information on any of them please feel free to contact the team at YES Ltd.
