KT Labels launches new label machine

Example of the badges that can be printed

The full colour works C3500 name label machine is the latest addition to KT Labels’ range of innovative products.

This new development creates instant full colour badges instantly, which John Baines of KT Labels claims are better than embroidered badges.

He says: “This is a big bold statement to make. But l know l am correct. So what will this new development mean? Guaranteed cheaper school uniform for all the parents.

“The introduction of full photographic colour labels is really the way the industry is moving to.”

This new printer will allow retailers to sell badges direct to customers, as they stick straight onto the blazer. And what’s more after 24 hours, the garment can be put through the wash.

The idea for the name label machine evolved after intensive development of the instant colour printing machine from Epson.

He adds: “Large scale embroiderers have been holding school shops to ransom for far too long. With the development of my instant colour printing machine from Epson, the days of retailers waiting to get there uniform embroidered will be over and school uniforms will much cheaper.”

Mr Baines expects this printer to make a big impact in the name label market place.
