TheMagicTouch has marketed its unique range of 123Flex and garment HTV products for over 15 years with the current range now in excess of over 200 different colours and effects.

As with all flex and garment vinyls the transfers are produced using traditional plotters, the transfers need to be weeded, which is considered as probably the most laborious, tedious and costliest part of the garment decoration process. However, the 123Flex range is considered the best and most consistent for making the weeding easier and quicker.

The company offers the white 123Flex and 123Premium flex products with a unique option making the weeding process even easier. Using the latest in gravure precision engineering during the manufacturing an embossed effect on the hot melt backside is applied enabling cut lines to be more visible making the weeding process easier and quicker. This unique innovation applies at the moment to just the white which represents globally at least 50% of all flex products sales with other popular colours to follow in the future.

The 123Flex with its lower tack carrier sheet and 123Flex Premium version with the higher tack carrier sheet, for more precise and complex designs, are recognised as the best value flex products on the market. Both versions offer the unique option of lower temperature transfer application as low as 120°c to ensure mixed fabrics and performance fabrics don’t scorch or leave heat press marks on the garments.
