It’s all go for Ricoma

The new headquarters in Miami, Florida

In October, Ricoma moved into its new state-of-the-art headquarters in Miami, Florida.

After two years of construction, the new 58,000sq ft facility will house all Ricoma employees and machinery. The new building includes a two-storey, open-concept workspace; a showroom that is open to customers; and two warehouses with space for testing, preparing and shipping the company’s embroidery machines.

Henry Ma, Ricoma’s chief operating officer, said: “This is yet another milestone inked in the company’s history and will be the springboard for the next chapter of growth that’s to come.

This next chapter of growth is to include the opening of a new production facility in Shenzhen, China. Popularity and demand has increased year on year and now the current facility cannot cope with demand so Ricoma has invested in a new state-of-the-art facility to increase production. It is planned to open at the end of the month.

As well as this, Ricoma was recently voted the number one brand in China by consumers and industry peers for its innovative advancements in the embroidery machinery industry.

Mr Ma added: “This is just further affirmation that our company is putting forth the effort needed to provide our customers with only the best in the industry. We will continue to aim for top-of-the-line service, products and support. We wouldn’t have it any other way.”

And finally, Ricoma plans to launch a brand-new website at the beginning of 2020.

With a more modern and interactive twist, visitors will experience a more user-friendly interface and an easier navigation throughout. While the brand colours and theme will remain the same, the new website template provides a refreshing and crisp new look that will bring the visitor up close and personal to Ricoma products.
