Earlier this year Wild Thang achieved ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Certification, giving assurance to the company’s clients and supply chain of its drive and commitment to the environmental and ethical trading ethos.

Andrew Dwerryhouse, managing director, said: “Wild Thang is delighted to receive ISO 14001:2004  Environmental Certification, currently in our 20th year of business it has always been our philosophy to strive and seek constant improvement.

“This is yet another step in the right direction for the company always aiming to give our current and potential customer complete peace of mind that they are dealing with a company that genuinely cares.

“Regionally we are the most certified company in our industry sector currently holding BPMA Charter Status, PROMOTA, Sedex Membership and ISO 9001 quality certification giving anyone who deals with Wild Thang a guarantee of industry integrity and high standards. Just a few initiatives we have already started to implement are cardboard, paper and plastic waste recycling along with energy reduction exercises replacing the warehouse lighting and some offices with LED lighting which is all hopefully going to make a difference to our green future.”
