The athletic wear revolution has brought comfort technology to the market with performance wicking fabrics making every activity that much cooler and more comfortable. Gildan has introduced two new performance polo options to bring sharp looks and performance together.
The new Gildan Performance Polo is Gildan’s first ever 100% polyester polo. The incredibly soft double piqué knit fabric’s AquaFX treatment brings the perfect combination of athletic wear and sharp, professional looks. It’s a true performance fabric in a shirt with details that perform as well as the fabric, including more comfortable rolled forward topstitched shoulders and twist-free stitched side seams with side vents. The new Gildan Performance Polo is available in adult (43800) and a contoured ladies’ silhouette (43800L) in eight colours.
For wearers who need the wicking performance of an athletic fabric, but still prefer the look and feel of natural cotton, Gildan offers the DryBlend Polo. This new option is 65% polyester with 35% cotton developed to manage moisture in hot climates or during high activity to create a soft, substantial feel for maximum comfort. Both Adult (75800) and contoured Ladies’ silhouette (75800L) are available in 13 colours.
Like all Gildan polos, both new styles feature a full complement of exceptional construction details: Pre-shrunk fabric for reduced shrinkage after wash, contoured welt collar, clean finished placket with reinforced bottom box, twin needle finishes for more secure hems. Both styles are offered in adult S-3XL and ladies’ LS-L2XL.
