This year sees Graphtec celebrate its 70th anniversary.
The company has spent the last 70 years as a pioneering influence in the development and supply of the most technically advanced digital cutters, scanners and associated equipment. These have been adopted by a wide range of industries but perhaps most significantly in the sign and graphics, digital printing, printwear and promotional products, packaging and labelling sectors.
The UK and Ireland are home to Graphtec’s largest and most successful global subsidiary company outside of Japan. From its two facilities in Wrexham, North Wales and via a network of authorised resellers, Graphtec GB supplies arguably the widest range of digital cutters at the most competitively priced currently available, whilst achieving virtual benchmark status with a number of new product innovations.
Director of Graphtec GB Phil Kneale, said: “There are many tangible benefits to ownership of a Graphtec machine but perhaps the most important of these is the degree to which it enables sign and graphics and digital printing companies, in particular, to engage with and maximise the potential of new business opportunities that exists in other markets, thereby introducing vital new revenue streams and increasing profitability. The most notable of these markets include the highly lucrative print wear and promotional products, packaging and labelling and vehicle wrapping and customisation sectors.”
Later this year, Graphtec GB will announce a major rebranding initiative, coupled with the introduction of important new product launches.
