Customers buying Goldstar pens are now receiving their orders much faster now that the company has halved its order processing and delivery time.
The time-savings have been achieved throughout the process, with the investment in new extra machines and changes to its logistics and delivery operations all enabling the company to provide its customers with a faster service.
Susan Kieran, head of operations at Goldstar Europe, said: “We are continually looking for ways to improve the service we provide for our customers. We reviewed all our processes, identified several areas where investment could deliver significant benefits to them in turnaround time, and we implemented the changes.
“The differences are already being noticed and the feedback has been excellent.”
