Gildan has completed the acquisition of Californian-based wholesale manufacturer, Alstyle Apparel.
Alstyle Apparel designs, manufactures and distributes a wide range of garments for the wholesale industry, including T shirts, sweatshirts and hoodies.
Gildan announced on May 4 that it had entered into an agreement to acquire 100% of the equity interest in Alstyle Apparel and its subsidiaries.
