The new head office building, which will house both Your Embroidery Services Ltd (YES Ltd) and its sister company Impression Technology Europe (ITE), is right on track for completion at the end of July.
This is a circa 17,000sq ft two-storey building which will bring all departments for both companies together. Each section – sales, administration, stores, manufacturing and R&D – will have their own dedicated area within the building but, for the first time, they will all be under the same roof. This, of course, is a massive advantage for the company and its customers but the benefits do not end there. The company is taking the opportunity to install the latest communication and support systems such super-fast fibre optic broadband to enhance the whole customer experience. A brand new showroom will form an important part of this as the company still believes that most customers like to see before they buy. Once again each section – embroidery, print, label production – will have a specific area where customers can see and try before they commit to capital outlay.
The timing of this expansion will also mean that another new product can come on line without the directors having to worry about how they will handle it. The GoTx wide format textile printer is designed for uninterrupted mass decoration to a variety of textiles with either pigment ink, reactive or sublimation dyes. This is the perfect machine if you are involved in the flag, swimwear, soft signage or banner markets with a whole range of materials open to printing. If this is not your market then it could easily be added to your portfolio because the investment has been kept relatively low. The GoTx will give you more production for your pound than other machines currently available.
This also demonstrates the dedication of YES Ltd and ITE to continually develop for both existing and emerging markets. Both companies have the foresight to see new trends and then to ensure that their customers have the ability to handle them and this new building will aid that goal.
Roy Burton (MD of YES Ltd and ITE) said: “This new building is as much for our customers as it is for us. Yes we will see major benefits relative to space and a more comfortable working environment but this state-of-the-art facility will also benefit visitors. The new showroom and e-based support systems will bring a whole new level of service. We have not only invested heavily in the building but also in what goes inside it.”
