Fleece made from recycled bottles

Expert Basecamp 200 IA Fleece

Craghoppers is proud to say that, from 2017, all Craghoppers Expert fleece will be made from recycled bottles.

As part of a company-wide initiative, Craghoppers is committed to producing the Expert Basecamp 200 IA Fleece, Half-Zip Microfleece, Full-Zip IA Microfleece, Selby and Seline Half-Zip, using eight plastic bottles per fleece.

Last year Craghoppers recycled six million bottles and this is set to snowball now all Craghoppers Expert fleeces are also made from the same fleece. Recycling plastic bottles has a huge impact on the environment and has numerous benefits including reduced waste, energy conservation and decreased pollution.

Even with the technology of Craghoppers polyester is changing, the fleeces will still maintain the same product qualities, including insulating, wash and wear and 100% polyester.

With full zip and half zip, 200 and microfleece options, for men and women, there is a fleece for all end-users.
