Experience and expertise key as YPS appoints new management team

Your Print Specialists has appointed Georgia Brown as managing director, Paul Shorton as technical director, Wayne Jobling as operations director, and Lisa Brown as HR director.

This newly established management team is committed to the future success of YPS by strengthening its product portfolio and building on its operational excellence and customer service.

Founder Garry Brown remains a director and takes on the role of chairman of the board, focusing on the strategy and development of the overall business.

Ms Brown said: “The new management team has full responsibility for business operations and the day-to-day running of YPS. We will work alongside Garry to continue to shape, develop and grow his vision for the company. As we come out of the pandemic there are many challenges to be faced and we have put together a strong management team that we know works well together and is focused on the long term success of the business and our customers.”

Mr Brown added: “Each member of the board has been a valued member of the YPS family for many years and their experience, knowledge and expertise has helped make YPS the successful and well-respected company that it is. Each member of the board adds strength and depth to the company, helping us become more resilient with shared views and objectives.
