Event! Merchandising designs full product range for first Invictus Games

The first ever Invictus Games, for wounded, injured and sick servicemen and women, took place September 10 to 14 and Event! Merchandising was given exclusive event merchandise rights for the occasion.

The sporting event took place in venues made famous by the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Over 400 servicemen and women from 14 nations took competed.

Event! Merchandising created and developed the full product range for Invictus, which was launched by Prince Harry in March. His Royal Highness is one of the many fans of the merchandise, having worn the shirt ever since. Even the event’s mascot Fire, a wounded ex-army detection dog, joined in the fun, wearing his uniform with pride when Prince Harry recently announced the British team.

Event! Merchandising has over 30 years’ of experience with particular expertise in providing bespoke merchandise and retail experiences at world class sporting events. The London-based company was an official licensee and event retailer for the London 2012 Olympic Games, having worked on designing the product range, supplied the staff, ran the epos and sold the products.
