Equipment to fit your requirements

Amaya’s new showroom and office building in Nottinghamshire

Amaya Sales UK has become one of the largest suppliers of garment decoration equipment in the UK.

Amaya has recently opened its brand-new showroom and offices in East Bridgford, Nottingham to allow you to see demonstrations of the equipment that fits your requirements.

Amaya has two large showrooms, one for Melco, Polyprint Texjet, Roland, Oki, Forever, Sef, Stahls’ and Schulze.

The second showroom is exclusively for Kornit industrial DTG printers. Amaya has set up a demo factory so you can come along with your own garments and trial the equipment for one to two days so you can get a real feel for its major benefits.

The above complements Amaya’s southern office in Hampshire which caters for all of Amaya’s products, but for Kornit.

Kornit Avalanche HD6

Kornit Digital industrial DTG printers

Kornit is a leader in the DTG industry and provides a great range of fully industrial printers from the Breeze through the Storm, Avalanche, new Atlas right up to the Vulcan Plus. All the Kornit models have built in automatic pre-treatment which saves massively on time, cost and labour. Kornit has recently launched the Poly Pro DTG printer which is the first printer to fully work with polyester. This is proving a great success and taking over from a lot of the vinyl and screen print work on sportswear etc.

Screen printers should now take a good look at how Kornit DTG can improve the efficiency and profitability of their business.

The latest model to be released for cotton is the Atlas which will produce nearly twice as much as the Avalanche. These printers have reduced the price per print cost down significantly. It can now be as low as 50p on an A3 sized full colour print. This is competing very well with screen print on orders of up to 750 units. All the Kornit models are excellent for web to print technology.

For curing and drying the printed garments Amaya offers the full range of Chiossi e Cavazzuti dryers.

Texjet DTG printers by Polyprint

The new Texjet 2 Echo and Texjet Shortee were released this year.

Amaya has distributed the Texjet range of printers for over 12 years and has found that they are a robust piece of equipment which provides first class print quality. They can be left for around 30 days with the power switched off and still work when switched back on. It is easy to maintain and it is very economical on ink.

Compare the cost per print on the Texjet compared with the competition. All new printers come with the latest RIP software called Digital Factory Apparel V10. This new software offers more options and makes the Texjet even easier to use.

Melco EMT16 X modular embroidery machines

Melco has listened to itscustomers and this year launched the new Melco EMT16X. More and more multi-head embroiderers are now seeing how they could benefit in production and time. Also, many of the customers that started with one machine are now running multiple units.

So, the next time you are looking for a new embroidery machine, please pay Amaya a visit. Bring designs you have run on you existing machines, time them and then compare when being run on the Melco, see the difference.

Roland print & cut and UV printers

Oki A3+ Pro 9541WT, Oki A3 Pro 8432WT and Oki A4 Pro 7411WT printers

Both white toner printers are used with Amaya’s Forever transfer papers. This is an excellent lower priced alternative for full colour printing on to garments and hard substrates. The image is printed on to the transfer paper and this is then heat pressed on to the product.

Forever transfer paper

These transfer papers are suitable for full and single colour design creation on a wide variety of products. Remember that there is no weeding with this system so you can create really intricate designs easily. The most popular transfer paper is the Laser Dark (no cut) which is for full colour printing on to dark garments.

One of the Forever new products is the sublimation paper, which allows printing on to cotton.

The various papers are suitable for printing on to textiles, wood, plastic, slate, glass, paper etc.

Sef garment film and vinyl

Amaya offers a full range of Sef garment films for all types of materials and processes. The Flexcut X4 is very popular and is suitable for printing on to cotton and polyester. It gives very fast weeding and its tacky liner gives allows you very fine cutting and with a transfer time of only four seconds. Please ask about Amaya’s range of new products for TrueVis print & cut.
