Huge investment for Devanét UK

Devanét UK has recently invested over £50,000 in plant and facilities at its new factory for leather and web belt production in Cheshire.

With automatic strap cutting from 10mm to 100m with no die charges, to computerised stitching for leather tab ends, webbing, key rings, and other leather products, offers customers a UK facility for custom made leather products and belts without the large volume required from offshore.

High quality military buckles to custom cast buckles with minimums of only 100, a range of styles in solid silver to high end gold plated buckles for those special requirements, Devanét can offer every customer the opportunity of their own range of belts with minimum outlay.

The company’s most recent acquisitions have been a leather stitcher that can sew 20mm thick leather and a computer driven pattern sewer that provides for sophisticated high speed stitching of a wide range of materials from webbing, leather and other fabrics. This helps Devanét’s customers who need a UK facility without the big ticket volumes and long lead times.

Every workwear and corporate clothing supplier in Devanét’s market can have their own brand designed for them and Devanét offers a range of branding solutions to personalise the products.

Already a supplier to companies all over the UK, Devanét has customers in Australia, Sweden, Belgium, Switzerland and Ireland and is now having a new website designed to offer stock belts to customers from fashioned jeans belts, golf belts to dress belts.
