With over 100% growth last year, Dae Ha UK has announced various product enhancements for 2016, to further establish itself as the UK’s fastest growing brand of Premium Quality Textile Films.
With fantastic customer service and unrivalled pricing, the previous 12 months saw Dae Ha UK add two new customers every day. This growth enabled the company to move in to larger premises last November, and will now allow them to become a major supplier of Garment Films in the UK and EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa).
Upgraded Premium PU
First introduced last year, Dae Ha’s upgraded version of Premium PU film has proved to be hugely successful and popular, for existing and new customers alike. The upgraded film features an enhanced grade of PU for a softer and thinner feel once pressed onto your garment, a 10% increase on the PET Liner to achieve finer designs, while the hot melt adhesive has been tinted white which enables customers to see the cut/ weeding lines more easily. With a 10 second pressing time and hot peel too, Upgraded Premium PU will be available in all colours during 2016.
Glitter
With an unrivalled range of real Glitter films, Dae Ha is further enhancing its position as the UK’s go to Glitter Film supplier by introducing six new colours to their range of an already impressive 24 colours. Arriving in early March are four neon colours (pink, blue, yellow and green), together with white and holographic white. Initially available for CAD cut applications, they will also be introducing eco-solvent and Sublimation Transfer Printable Glitter Films during the year. Offering outstanding quality and price, the full Glitter range including the new colours for 2016 will be on display at Dae Ha UK’s stand A1 at Printwear & Promotion LIVE! 2016.
Printable PU White
Following customer requests, Dae Ha UK has introduced 750mm, and 1,000mm wide rolls of its popular Printable (digital) PU White, both available in 25m rolls only. Adding to its 500mm wide rolls (up to 50m in a continuous roll), all of its Printable PU White film features enhanced PU film for a softer thinner transfer, while offering a 10 second pressing time. With further increased colour fastness and bright print results.
Application Tape
To complement the reusable high tack Application Tape suitable for Dae Ha eco-solvent / solvent Printable (digital) films, 2016 sees the introduction of a low tack Application Tape for transferring your printed designs to your garments. Available to buy now, this low tack version is priced the same as the high tack version.
Stretch Metallic
With six colours currently available in this amazing CAD cut version of Stamping Foil, the year ahead will see the addition of more colours into stock. Stretch Metallic has superb elasticity, providing a very soft comfortable to wear finish, with the ability to cut incredibly fine detail. This very thin film literally melts into the weave of the fabric and provides a satin type effect.
