Customer Focus rebrands to AIM Smarter

Altitude Group, parent company of Customer Focus, has announced the rebrand of its services suite and launch of AIM Smarter in the UK.

The group purchased AIM Smarter (formally AI Mastermind) in the US January 2019 and has since seen rapid growth in its membership base becoming the largest and fastest growing distributor network in the US, with over 2,300 members to date. AIM Smarter offers a membership model that provides unrivalled benefits, resources and a true sense of community to both distributor members and preferred suppliers.

As of May 14 2020, Customer Focus will be known as AIM Smarter. The introduction of the AIM Smarter brand and package was initiated at what would have previously been the Envoy catalogue launch on May 14. The Envoy brand was rebranded AIM Smarter and includes a newly formed package of benefits for all members including group price discounts from leading industry suppliers, business benefits from partner suppliers, technology and marketing tools, closed member social media groups promoting active community participation from both suppliers and distributors and networking events.

The virtual launch was by invitation only and introduced the AIM Smarter services, catalogue, technology, social and new online portal providing a hub for the community. Supplier and distributor members also benefited from scheduled one-to-one online face time and live video broadcasts from the U- based group CEO Nikki Stella and original founder of AIM Smarter Jamie Coggeshall.

Ms Stella, CEO of Altitude Group, said: “I am delighted to announce the launch of AIM Smarter in the UK – one global brand with one global mission. In less than 15 years, AIM Smarter has become the largest organisation of experienced and qualified promotional product distributors in the US because of the powerful combination of benefits; access to the industry’s trusted suppliers, best-in-class marketing and technology tools, professional resources and sense of community. It is with great pride, we introduce this enhanced service level to our UK distributors.”

The rebranding includes a top-to-bottom redesign of the company’s websites, logo, graphics, communications and correspondence.
