CSI has announced that Your Print Specialists (YPS) is its new strategic partner.

From January 2015, YPS will be handling sales and service for Epilog laser and Vision engravers on behalf of CSI in the North East of England.

Established in 2009, YPS currently offers a range of digital printing technologies from wide format solvent and aqueous printers to UV direct-to-substrate printers along with associated consumables. Based in Tyne and Wear, the company has a highly experienced team of engineers offering advice and technical support on printer hardware and software as well as test and demonstration facilities. This new partnership with CSI will further expand the products and services it can offer its customers.

Matt Kirwan, managing director of CSI, said: “Building on the back of 2014 – which was a record breaking year for CSI – we are delighted to welcome YPS as part of the team for 2015 and what this partnership will mean for our current and future customers. We are confident that with the YPS service-led pedigree and reputation for quality, this collaboration will only enhance our customers’ experience in this region.”

Epilog laser engravers offer high quality marking solutions onto an ever expanding array of materials, providing new revenue streams for businesses seeking to target the personalisation and bespoke giftware markets. With a wide selection of products to choose from within the CO² and Fibermark ranges, there are Epilog laser engravers in a variety of sizes and to suit any budget.

Vision has been manufacturing computerised Engraving & Routing Systems for more than 30 years. The success of their engravers and CNC routers is a direct result of a reputation for long-lasting, high-quality machines. The product line includes a variety of versatile machines to meet a range of budget requirements and applications, from small-format and specialty engravers to heavy-duty, large format engravers and CNC routers.

Garry Brown, managing director of YPS, said: “As part of our growth strategy we were keen to find a range of products that would dovetail easily into our core business and complement the capabilities of our printing systems.

“The marking and cutting products that CSI offer have proved to be a perfect fit. In Epilog and Vision, we are thrilled to be adding another two premium brands to our portfolio and look forward to developing the business with our new partners.”
