Crystal Galleries’ extensive warehousing located in Middlesbrough in the North East of England where £1.5m in excess of of products is stocked at any given time. Crystalart Awards – These modern and unique additions to Crystal Galleries’ award range are hand crafted from perfectly clear Optical Crystal glass. These awards boast a perfect clarity thanks to the content of lead free soda glass. The process to make this range is truly fascinating and is centuries old. With a generous engraving area and an option to add an optical crystal base.

2019 has been a year of innovation at Crystal Galleries with the team developing an exciting range of decoration styles to add to the options available on its products.

In the last 12 months Crystal Galleries launched its new sparkling website and has been delighted with the positive response from customers. Usage is increasing month on month with many customers activating trade logins and using the online checkout facility to place plain glass orders.

Expanding the team

After a busy few months Crystal Galleries is concentrating on improving lead times, so it has expanded its team. Crystal Galleries would like to introduce two of its newest team members based in the customer service department. Mr Chisman is on the quotes desk and has fast become a valued member of the team. Ms Clifton is working on the trade orders desk and enjoying learning about the business.
