Create a great customer experience

Every printshop has two main functions in order to operate. There is the production side and there is the office side, or administration. It is vitally important that both sides interact efficiently with each other in order to create great a customer experience. Any deficiency in either affects the other. For example, if production prints the wrong logo then the office has to sort it out taking up time, resources and costing money.  Likewise if the office put the wrong print colour on the works order the goods get returned and have to be reprinted, again wasting time, resources and money. As companies grow larger it is more likely that these type of errors can be made.
