Virus inks

Dave Roper is an leading industry name that many have associated over the past 30 years with the screen print manufacturer M&R, but in the past few years things have changed with the company becoming  the UK’s one-stop-shop for the printer, having handpicked probably the best screen print products on the market. What the company offers is the best out there.

Amex plastisol ink

Phthalate free plastisol inks with a natural matt finish and super soft feel, bright and punchy colours and superb flash whites, and a large range of colours, glitter and metallic inks and speciality bases for printing on all types of material and, not the mention the excellent CMX range of colours for pantone matching, available in one litre, five litre and 25 litres.

Amex has a quality emulsion that you can use with water-based, plastisol and discharge, easy to reclaim and use making it the only emulsion you will need in your print shop.

Virus water-based ink

Virus, the new kid on the block, has been in the UK for only a couple of years but has already established itself as a leader in water-based ink market. It is the only company that Dave knows that has super accurate pantone mixing system for both under base white and direct on the garment… that’s clever. Its discharge base and white when mixed will last over six months saving a small fortune for the printer as most discharge inks have a shelf life of 24hrs… if you’re lucky.

Virus really thinks outside the box with a huge range of special effects such as, glow in the dark, change colour in daylight, heat reactive ink, cracking ink, metallic ink, pearl finishes, high build, reflective and even a water-based ink for printing on difficult fabrics such as polyester.

Easiway

The greener cleaner smarter way to reclaim and clean screens, Easiway has been going from strength to strength in the UK. Its famous blue dip tanks are quick and efficient, easy to use and save on labour. Other advantages include not having to use nasty chemicals in the screen room as the products sold have a pleasant citrus smell and are more importantly human and sewer safe… it’s a win win .

Ryonet

Ryonet currently supplies just about every screen print consumable you could ask for. From screens to squeegees, more and more products are being added to the range every day, with Ryonet quickly becoming the biggest company in the USA. Dave Roper has been Ryonet’s agent for many years and carries many of its products in its warehouse.
