Primarily known in the industry as a company that refurbishes DTG printers, Zenith DTG has now branched out and is unveiling its own DTG printer, the Apex, and the newly developed Sprajet pretreatment machine.

The Apex DTG printer is based on the Epson R3000/P60. Utilising a pressurised ink system, its RIP delivers what is considered the best DTG prints in today’s market.

The Sprajet is an automatic digital pretreat machine. It has a 40x50cm paten with 10 options of coating areas from a breast logo to whole white shirt, delivered from two independently controlled spray nozzles, with a single or two pass coating option.

“Prices of DTG printers, inks, pretreat machines and consumables have for too long been out of reach for many potential DTG sector buyers, our aim at Zenith DTG is simple, to provide you with quality products at a viable price,” says managing director Darryle Langford.

The South West company has also recently been appointed as a UK distributor of Image Armor products.

Known as developers of revolutionary products which change the DTG printing process, Image Armor’s pretreats are available as light, dark and ultra. These pretreats expand printing capabilities beyond anything thought possible, resulting in increased vibrancy, wash fastness and capability to print onto 100% polyester. Zenith DTG will also stock the new E-Series inks, which have a 35 second maximum cure time, meaning no more unnecessary hold-ups at the heat press.
