Two new starters for Senator Pens

Emma Bird

Emma Bird and Cloe Docking have joined the team at Senator Pens.

Ms Bird has joined the team as a customer service advisor. She has three years of experience within a customer-focused role.

She said: “Before joining Senator, I was a guest service manager for a national hotel chain. This was a great experience, especially because it gave me an opportunity to meet a few celebrities at the hotel! Now I’m looking forward to the new challenges and opportunities here at Senator.”

Customer service is central to Senator’s ethos, and Ms Bird will be a great asset to the team; assisting customers with quotations, purchase orders, order tracking and product advice.

Cloe Docking

Ms Docking has joined the marketing team as the new samples administrator. With previous experience working within the educational sector and studying at the British Academy of New Music, she brings to the team a variety of skills including problem solving, attention to detail and excellent customer service through enthusiasm in building relationships with clients.

Ms Docking added: “I cannot describe how welcoming Senator has been; they are very driven by investing in employee development, and I am very grateful to be part of the Senator family.”
