Trotec Laser opens new UK headquarters

The Trotec team has relocated to modern facilities in Boldon Business Park

Trotec Laser has officially opened its new UK headquarters at a recently refurbished 22,000sq ft facility in Boldon Business Park, Tyne and Wear.

The move supports the laser technology manufacturer’s rapid business growth within the UK and Ireland, providing an increased warehouse capacity and office accommodation to reinforce the growing UK sales and service operations.

The official opening was marked with the planting of a tree by Norbert Schrüfer, CEO of the Trodat Trotec Group, Simon Moore managing director of Trotec Laser in Austria and Martin Horne, managing director of Trotec Laser in the UK.

Mr Horne said: “We are very proud of our new UK headquarters. Not only does the facility have a larger warehouse and office space to enable us to extend our products and services, but it is also home to our flagship state-of-the-art laser showroom. The move will allow us to fully implement our plans for growth, supporting and developing our best in class products and services to meet the evolving demands of our customers.

“The investment by the Trodat-Trotec Group is testament to the success of the UK subsidiary. We focus on providing an excellent customer experience and I have no doubt that our move will only enhance our capabilities so that we can continue to meet our customers’ increasing requirements.”
