Traditionally, full colour sublimation transfer decoration of aluminium panels have not been suitable or acceptable for outdoor use due to poor durability against the effects of UV, graffiti and weathering.
The blank gloss sheets are 1.2mm thick and printed with sublimation ink transfers applied with a suitable professional transfer heat press. The finished product comes with a certified minimum five-year guarantee for use outdoors.
The Duraluxe sheets are available in various sizes up to 2.4m including an oval size specifically produced for the growing photo memorial market. The unique patented double powder coating process also enables the panels to be trimmed and shaped easily avoiding any flaking or sharp edges. The process is compatible with most recognised sublimation ink brands including Sawgrass, Jtec, Kiian, Sensient, STS and Epson.
