Outdoor clothing supplier Result has supported the E-Boat Racing motorboat team by supplying the team with a range of garments.
The team, which recently took part in the 24 Heures Motonautique de Rouen (24 hour motorboat world championship in Rouen) came second overall in the 2018 World Motor Boat Races. It entered the race with its hydrogen adapted boat, which uses 50% less fuel.
Result supplied the 25 team members with a range of garments from its extensive outerwear range to help them stay warm, dry and protected during the gruelling 24 hour endurance event.
Donated apparel included the R121M&F Classic Soft Shell Jacket, R302X Sabre Stretch Jacket, R339X Blackwatch Safety Boot and RC080X Houston 5-Panel Printers Cap for a co-ordinated team look.
The 24 Heures Motonautique de Rouen is an endurance motorboat competition organised by the Rouen Yacht Club. It has been held annually in Rouen at the end of April/beginning of May since 1964. Taking place on an international level, the free-to-enter event attracts around 400,000 spectators every year.
The challenging race, which takes place on the Seine around Lacroix Island gives various engine manufacturers the opportunity to pit themselves against each other. The winning boat is the one that accomplishes the greatest distance during the 24 hour period.
