Resolute looks forward to 2018

As we near the end of a colourful 2017, the team at Resolute is already looking forward to 2018. December seems to have gone in a puff of smoke, Resolute’s busiest month of the year by far with the added challenge of a little snow just to keep the team on their toes.

2018 kicks off with Printwear & Promotion LIVE! in January, and Resolute could not be happier about this, as it gives the team the chance to show off some exciting products. Some new and some that got tangled up in a little red tape! With the road ahead now clear 2018 will see the revolutionary R-Jet 6 industrial DTG printer emerge. Carrying more jetting power than any other DTG printer in its class the three new models of R-Jet 6 have a lot to offer.

A full blown DTG printer with 12 channels of ink capable of printing two full sized shirts at the same time, a hybrid version for those longer runs when screen printing the under base suits better and a high quality, high speed direct to screen system that is available exclusively through Resolute Print Group.

Direct to screen? Yes that’s right, some of Resolute’s existing customers may have noticed the company is already selling a direct to screen product. Screen Mate was launched in December this year and it has a lot to offer. DTS is a natural progression in technology that eliminates the use of film positives. With better registration and no vacuum or glass required for exposure it simplifies making a better screen using your existing screen frames and mesh making it more economical over other DTS systems. Handling screens up to 1050x660mm and utilising multiple registration systems separations are pre-registered reducing press setup times. The Screen Mate utilises thermal print head technology allowing it to image directly onto your own emulsion, this means virtually no maintenance.
