Record numbers attend 2018 Promotion & Branding Shows

The first of the 2018 Promotion & Branding Shows occurred during June and after a summer break the remainder of the shows have been taking place throughout September and October. The last in the series of six shows is at the Doubletree Hilton Strathclyde in Glasgow on Wednesday, October 31. The show is open from 9am to 4.30pm and although many people pre-register it is possible to drop in on the day.

All of the shows have had a record number of visitors this year and as a result have grown in size with a total of 19 companies being represented at the Dublin Show. Sean Barker, sales manager for GS UK, which organises and host the shows, said: “I have been involved with the shows for many years and it’s been great to see the visitor numbers increasing each year. The popularity of the shows has meant we have had more and more companies join us to exhibit their machinery and products.”

New companies to all the 2018 shows included Henbury and Dye Sub Supplies, with others such as Disley, Neutral, and Caramba joining the Ireland shows. In addition Barudan and Helly Hansen who joined in autumn will also be attending the Scotland show this week.

Visitors to the shows have had an opportunity to view a variety of machines including a selection of embroidery machines from GS UK & Barudan. GS UK alongside InnoPrinter and Dye Sublimation Supplies have also been offering their printing expertise.

Major clothing and accessories suppliers including, Prestige Leisure UK, BTC activewear, Ralawise, Russell, Fruit of the Loom, Stormtech, Result, Henbury, Beechfield Brands, Yoko International and Helly Hansen and have also been represented. With trophies and awards from Glenway Trophies, the shows have a lot on offer.
