PromoTex Expo to debut in Düsseldorf in January

Next year, PromoTex Expo will take place alongside PSI and viscom from January 8 to 10 in Düsseldorf. Organisers Reed Exhibitions says this new exhibition has been designed as an international trade show for promotional apparel, sportswear and workwear.

This move creates Europe’s largest alliance of advertising and sales events – divided into the three separate trade shows PromoTex Expo, viscom and PSI. Together, the three shows will draw more than 1,000 exhibiting companies and more than 20,000 trade visitors from around the world.

About 140 exhibitors are expected to participate in the first PromoTex Expo, while visitors are expected to attend from more than 80 countries.

The focus of PromoTex Expo will be on such topics as mass customisation and personalisation, smart clothes, sustainability in the textile production chain, and the multifaceted world of textile finishing. Creative special exhibits covering key industry topics and networking formats like a matchmaking event to enable direct business contacts round off the programme and provide the industry with the perfect foundation for lead generation, relationship management and continuing education.

PromoTex Expo and viscom will be open to international trade visitors without PSI membership, however PSI members and certified agencies will retain the exclusive right to visit PSI.
