Printwear & Promotion LIVE! 2017 – WOW!

The team at Resolute would like to say a big thank you to Datateam and everyone who visited the stand over the three-day show.

Printwear & Promotion LIVE! 2017 was a fantastic show and to top it off Resolute had a record number of visitors to the stand, most wanting information on the new RTP apparel and R-Jet 6 DTG commercial printer.

With two industry experts joining the Resolute team for the show, the team was able to offer a wealth of information in all areas of garment decoration.

Brian Walker, owner of Image Armor in the US flew in. Nicknamed The Hat, he was kept very busy with the queues of people collecting samples of the RTP garments and Image Armor products. The RTP T shirts, soon to be available in the UK do not need pre-treating and can be used on any DTG system. They did cause quite a stir and at one point the team had difficulty controlling the crowd of visitors to the stand on Sunday. Pedro Reis, UV specialist from Direct Color Systems also flew in from Portugal to demonstrate the new F4 flexible UV inks. These can be used to print on anything from a phone case to promotional items like wrist bands, leather, PVC high visibility products and garments. The specially formulated UV inks can be used and are approved on the MVP range to print most textile blends. With no pre-treatment and self-curing this product was also very popular.

And finally, Colin Marsh, MD of Resolute DTG, adds: “Of course my biggest thank you has to go to the Resolute team who performed exceptionally well this year. With a client base that grows on a daily basis they certainly have their work cut out but as always went the extra mile to ensure the operation ran like clockwork at the show and back at HQ in Chesterfield.”
