The latest innovation from Roq is the All-in-One concept. The concept in theory is very simple and elegant but it took time and a lot of hours of R&D to implement the solution.
The All-in-One is a combination of Roq machines that allow the printer to produce any work that is presented to him, no matter how complicated, and profitable, it is.
The Roq engineering team was able to develop a set-up that works in perfect synchrony to produce wonderful and precise works of art embedded with both digital printing, screen printing, flock, foil and other types of special effects. How did they achieve this?
They used as a base their proved platform the Roq Oval Evolution the top of their line of automatic oval screen printing machines in conjunction with their new Roq Hybrid. The Roq Hybrid is the new digital printing machine by Roq that works in synchrony with an automatic screen printing machine. This brings to the table several advantages. The Hybrid does not use white ink providing longevity to the print heads. The white is applied using screen printing and the colour is applied using the Hybrid achieving a maximum resolution of 600*1200dpi. The output is of 350 pieces per hour.
