Managing director, Colin Marsh told us: “The long term plan is to mould the two companies into one new website offering products at unbeatable prices. 

“Chameleon Ink now operates from Resolute DTG’s Chesterfield training and distribution premises. With a high percentage of direct to garment customers owning more than one brand of printer Resolute now offers a one-stop shop for all their consumable needs.”

Service, installation and training will all benefit from DTG brand expert Andy Chambers joining the company.

Andy has many years of experience in the field and is a highly respected member of the garment decoration community.

In the past Andy has covered the whole of Europe with technical support and sales, concentrating now on customer service, recruitment and organising the 20+ exhibitions Resolute will take part in over the next 12 months.

Adds Colin: “We are sure he will be kept very busy.”

This is the second major alliance for Resolute in as many months. In July Resolute DTG also joined forces with the UK’s largest apparel and decoration consumable supplier Ralawise Ltd. 

Ralawise now offer Resolute Ink and associated consumables to order online.

The R-Jet 4 and R-Jet Midi DTG printers can be purchased and viewed at Ralawise’s Business Centre in Deeside.

One of the benefits of Resolute working with Ralawise is that orders can be placed up to 8.30pm with an overnight next day delivery service.  

Resolute will be launching to the Direct to Food printing market at the Bakers Fair Exhibition in Harrogate on October 7th.

Adds Colin: “With live food printing demonstrations throughout the day this will be an interesting change for some of the Resolute team.”
