Both company names have been harmonised as a consequence of the recent acquisition of all shares by Dutch corporate group Smartwares Holding.

As Thomas Schweigert, managing director of Smartwares Printables, emphasised on the occasion of the acquisition on May 29, the company transfer presented an excellent opportunity “to continue pursuing our successful strategy and generate further growth in sales revenue”.

For customers of the former Hanesbrands Europe GmbH and Hanesbrands UK Ltd, nothing changes with the new name. All existing contracts stay valid; all products and services will be available at the usual proven quality.
