Stunning raised effect embroidery is now another garment decorating service available from Evolve Branding. This new process gives a richer, bolder almost 3D look that is particularly suitable for simpler designs and logos with strong definition, which due to the preparation and amount of stitching involved is best used on heavier based garments such as jackets and body warmers, as well as baseball caps and bags. It is not recommended for T shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies etc.
Previously only available from Far Eastern companies on a large volume basis, Evolve Branding offers this process on much lower volumes starting from 100 units, at a surprisingly relatively inexpensive cost compared to standard embroidery.
Managing director, Harvey Jeal, said: The technique is a specialist use of threads and machinery that we use normally, with an added process to actually raise the pattern and give the enhanced effect. The stitch count is not significantly higher which is why the cost is not that much more than standard embroidery costs.
