Laser cutting: easy and precise with i-Cut®.

High impact fliers, invitations, displays or promotional materials can be cut on an individual basis using laser technology and i-Cut®. How the i-Cut® works:

Registration marks are printed along the image.
The camera reads registration marks printed on the image to ascertain the dimensions and orientation of the pieces to be cut.
The contour cut path is adjusted precisely to match the printed design and gives perfect cutting results when processing printed materials such as acrylic, MDF, polyester, cardboard, paper and many more.

Trotec Laser's revolutionary Speedy 300 flexx

Uniquely, CO₂ and fiber laser sources are integrated into a single laser machine. This opens up a wide range of applications giving flexibility and productivity when personalising promotional items of different materials.

A CO₂ laser source is perfect for engraving plastics, wood, card, glass anodised aluminium and leather. For engraving and marking metals and for achieving colour change on plastics, a fiber laser is the correct tool. Depending on the material to be processed, either or both of the laser sources can be used in a single job without the need to manually change laser tubes, lenses or focus.
